If you have been in the office in the last few months, you may have noticed several new things going on.
First of all, with the departure of Dr. Craigen we have had some staffing changes. So, if you see someone new, be patient with us. Also, Dr. Craigen's patients are welcome to remain with our practice if you choose to do so. If your insurance company requires you to pick a primary doctor, we ask that you just call them before scheduling with Dr. Beamer or Dr. Carlon.
Secondly, we are fully up and running with all the features of Practice Fusion including the Patient Fusion portion. This feature allows our patients direct access to certain aspects of their medical records day or night, including medication lists, vaccination records, and appointments.
Next, for those of you not already familiar with it we are trying to use our Medvoice system for patient results whenever possible. This is a secure electronic voice messaging system where the doctors can relay your test results to you in a more timely fashion. All you need is a phone number and an ID number to access your test results. For more information, ask our staff.
