We try to respect your time and stick to our schedule.

If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 15 minute appointment or more than 10 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment, you may be asked to wait for the next open patient slot that day or reschedule depending on the nature of the problem and the doctor’s availability.

No shows

Please call if you are unable to come to your scheduled doctor visit so we may make that time available to others. If you do not call 4 hours prior to your appointment to cancel, you will be charged a no-show fee. Three or more no-shows in a 12 month period may generate a dismissal from the practice at the doctor’s discretion.
