| Practice policies
Most of our policies are about protecting your safety and privacy or maintaining a pleasant and cooperative atmosphere for all our patients. We will treat you in a courteous and respectful manner and expect that you will do the same. If a patient is acting in a disruptive or abusive manner, we may exercise our right to dismiss the patient from the practice. If one of our staff is discourteous, please let one of the physicians know immediately so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Entries in the menu on the left give specific information about our policies on making appointments, privacy, access to your medical records, lateness, phone calls, and lone children coming for exams. You can also view our childhood immunizations schedule.
If you have questions or concerns not covered here, please call our office at 708-628-0600, and we will be happy to talk with you.
