Phone calls

If our receptionist cannot answer your call promptly, we have an automated phone call manager during the day to help us to concentrate on our patients in the office. It will allow you to take care of your most common concerns.

• Press 1 for prescription refills,
• Press 2 for referral requests or issues, and
• Press 3 for our receptionist.

Drs Beamer, Carlon, and Craigen usually do their callbacks for phone messages after patient hours and sometimes between patients. If your problem must be addressed urgently, please speak with the nurse and let them know so that they can get to your doctor between patients to handle the problem immediately.

After Hours

After office hours, our same office number will connect to an answering service for EMERGENCY issues only. We cannot handle billing, referrals and routine prescriptions after hours because will not have access to your chart or account information.

Monday through Thursday, Drs. Beamer, Carlon, & Craigen take their own calls for after hours emergencies. Press the ‘0’ and you will be connected to a person who will take your message and relay it to the doctor. These are for urgent or emergent situations only. We will answer in a timely manner.

Friday through Sunday we share call coverage with doctors Co, Kelly and Limperis. Please do not call with prescription refills unless it is an absolute emergency. We do not fill controlled substances (pain meds, sleep aids, etc) on the weekends.
