Making Appointments

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. For other immediate needs, see this page.

For non-urgent medical needs, call to schedule appointments with your doctor at 708-628-0600. Make these appointments during the office hours listed at the right.

We provide all the care you expect from your doctor, including adult and child physicals, sick visits, follow ups, wart and skin lesion removal and even ear piercing.

Appointments are generally 30 to 45 minutes for new patients or physicals and 15 minutes for follow up visits.

You can get a routine appointment in 1-7 days. Thursday evening appointments might take longer. If medically needed, we can usually schedule you the same day (see here).

Routine blood draws, blood pressure checks, baby weight checks, etc can be scheduled as nurse visits.

Whether a new or old patient, you need to do the following for every single appointment.

• Bring your insurance card.
• Bring your copay, to be given before seeing the doctor.
• Inform us of any changes in your insurance coverage.

If we do not have it in your chart, we may ask you to sign a copy of our privacy policy, idicating that you understand our efforts to protect your medical confidentiality.
